The information we collect about you when you become a  member is for ordering fulfilment purposes only. Information such as name, address, email address, contact details as well as some demographic details will be kept confidential. We will not share, sell nor trade any of these information for any other purpose. Demographic details are used to ensure your identity when purchasing from our website.


Through the information you provide us, we will communicate with you regarding your orders or response to any concerns you may have contacted us for. From time to time, promotional materials will only be sent when you opt to receive them from us.


Your address information will be given to our partner couriers for order delivery.


There may be instances where we are required by law to disclose your personal information. We may do so if the disclosure is necessary to comply to a current legal proceeding.



Shipping Locations

We can ship to almost all addresses in the Philippines. Shipping fee for purchases above P1000 is free for Metro Manila shipping addresses.  Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. For shipping addresses outside Metro Manila, shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.  Liquid items purchased will be shipped via sea for Visayas and Mindanao areas. It may take around 10-15 business days for the items to reach the shipping address in these areas. We currently do not accept shipping addresses outside the Philippines.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated upon check out and included in the total amount payable.

Shipping Liability

We are not liable for lost items, delays in deliveries and damages due to mishandling of the courier. We properly pack the items before we hand them to the courier. We also provide specific instructions to the courier for items with delicate or special materials.


Returns Policy

We are unable to offer returns, refunds or cancellation as of this time. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.


In an unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g. the delivered item does not match your order on record, or there a fault in the packaging of the product which caused the items ordered to leak), we will shoulder the re-delivery cost, provided that receives the notice within 5 working days from the receipt of item/s. Instructions on how to exchange the item will be given via email.
